• DIN Standard Locks And Latches Are More Commonly Used In Commercial Enviroments. They Are Often Referred To As ‘Specification’ Locks. All The Lock Cases Are The Same Size, Therefore Doors Can Be Prepared In Advance In Order To Save Time.

• This Nightlatch Allows Access From the outside via the cylinder & key but can always be operated from the inside simply by operating the handle. This allows for a fast and easy exit in the event of an emergency without the need to search for a key.

This lock contains through bolt holes either side of the spindle hole, which enable use of the through bolts supplied with our lever on rose handles.

Double sprung or Architectural quality basically means heavy duty. You would select this standard of lock or latch for ‘un-sprung’ furniture or doors that are in constant use. Perhaps in a commercial type environment.
