Premium Horizontal Latch offering spatial operation of handle. With the casing providing a deeper fixing than standard, it is eminently suited to environments where the knob handle is to be inset further away from the side of the door, effectively preventing finger entrapment during operation. The latch is similar in shape to a rim latch but it is morticed into the door thus making it more aesthetically pleasing, particularly useful in mid rail or panelled doors. The spindle followers operate on a horizontal plane rather than vertical. This versatile unit is fully accredited; CE marked, performance tested, fire rated and utilises the Carlisle Brass patented Easi – T reversible latch function. Suitable for use with the majority of Carlisle Brass ranges of knobs and accessories. Comes complete with either radius or square fixing packs as required. Manufactured in house, and comes in an extensive array of finishes to cater for all tastes. Carries a 10 year mechanical guarantee for peace of mind.
