• DIN Standard Locks And Latches Are More Commonly Used In Commercial Enviroments. They Are Often Referred To As ‘Specification’ Locks. All The Lock Cases Are The Same Size, Therefore Doors Can Be Prepared In Advance In Order To Save Time.

• DIN Standard Sash Locks Are Sometimes Preferred When Fitting Lever On Rose Handles, Due To The Greater Distance Between The Centres, They Can Sometimes Offer A More Asthetically Pleasing Result.

This lock contains through bolt holes either side of the spindle hole, which enable use of the through bolts supplied with our lever on rose handles.

 Double sprung or Architectural quality basically means heavy duty. You would select this standard of lock or latch for ‘un-sprung’ furniture or doors that are in constant use. Perhaps in a commercial type environment.
