The Brenton Padbolt is a lockable gate bolt for wooden ledged and braced or framed style gates. Accessible from one side of your gate (usually inside) this gate bolt can be used to secure the gate closed whilst away from the property. The shoot is placed in the locked position by engaging it into the receiving staple, rotating the handle flat and inserting a separate padlock through the staple hole. This prevents the bolt from being moved from the closed / locked position thereby securing the gate. Available in three sizes.
