You can change your order if your order status is "Pending". But make sure you inform us by email at sales@designerhandle.co.uk. However, if your order status has changed to "Shipping in Progress" or "Shipped" then it means your order has been despatched for delivery and change is not possible. Please Note: Making any changes in your order may delay your order

- Can I return my order and get refund?
You can return your order and get refund. Make sure you inform us about any return within 7 business days and we receive the goods in perfect sellable condition and in its original packaging.
Please Note: 1) If you fail to do this, then 30% of order amount will be incurred as handling charge.
2) Delivery Charges are Non-Refundable
3) Refund will be processed in 15 to 20 working days. 4) All special order items are non-refundable

- What should I do, if my goods were damaged when I received it ?
In case of damage or faulty product, you will get Replacement Goods, but you should inform us by email, within 48 hours and we should receive the goods within 7 days from the date of goods received.
