  1. Can I change my order later?
    While your order status is Pending or Processing. You can change your order after placing it, by emailing us within 24hrs of placing an order at sales@designerhandle.co.uk. However it is not always possible to make change(s) to your order, for example if your order has been shipped we can't change it. Due to change in order your order processing can be delayed for couple of days.

  2. Can I return my order and get refund?
    You can return your order and get refund. Make sure you inform us about any return within 7 business days and we receive the goods in perfect sellable condition and in its original packaging.

    Please Note:
    1) If you fail to do this, then 30% of order amount will be incurred as handling charge.

    2) Delivery Charges are Non-Refundable

    3) Refund will be processed in 15 to 20 working days.

  3. What should I do, if my goods were damaged when I received it ?
    In case of damage or faulty product, you will get Replacement Goods, but you should inform us by email, within 48 hours and we should receive the goods within 7 days from the date of goods received.
